What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support flexible MOQs. Standard MOQ is 50 pcs per SKU for in-stock items and 200 pcs per SKU for custom/private-label orders. Mixed-SKU pallet orders are accepted above a minimum shipment value of USD $2,000.
What are your delivery times and shipping terms?
In-stock sample kits ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 15-25 days. We offer flexible delivery terms including FOB and DDP, and have deep expertise in US and South America shipping lanes and customs clearance.
Where do you ship from?
Our 6,000+ sqm manufacturing facility is located just 30 km from Ningbo Port, China. This proximity ensures goods can reach Ningbo or Shanghai ports within 48 hours for fast FCL/LCL consolidation.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our products are certified under ISO 9001 and DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation). They are fully compliant with SAE, FMVSS, and relevant European standards (ECE-R). Third-party SGS inspection reports are available upon request.
How do you ensure product quality?
We conduct incoming material inspections, multi-node in-process sampling, and performance testing (air tightness, tensile strength, temperature/pressure resistance). We maintain a defect rate of < 0.5% with 100% final inspection on key products.
Can you handle private label and custom packaging?
Absolutely. We provide end-to-end manufacturing from mold development to finished assembly. We support custom box design, laser-etched part numbers, QR code traceability, and retail-ready packaging based on your samples or drawings.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy. For established accounts with 3+ orders, we can offer Net 30 or L/C at sight. PayPal and credit cards are accepted for sample orders.
What is your warranty and after-sales policy?
We offer a standard 12-month warranty on our aftermarket parts. Our robust quality control minimizes returns, but in the rare event of a defect, our team provides responsive technical support and replacement services to protect your brand reputation.
